Your files never leave your device

What we do collect

Anonymous counts: runs started and finished, files fixed, unmatched and skipped, the export type and whether you used a phone or a computer. These are added up per day.

Feedback you choose to send from the Done screen: thumbs up or down, your answer to one survey question, and any comment or email you type.

Crash reports, with every file path and filename removed before they are sent.

The only personal data

If you join “Tell me when the app is out”, we keep your email address. We use it once to tell you the app is out and delete it automatically after 12 months. Ask us any time and we’ll delete it sooner.

What we don’t do

No cookies, no tracking scripts and no ads. We don’t store IP addresses. Nothing to sign up for. We never connect to Snapchat, Google or WhatsApp for you — you download your own export.

Check it yourself

Open your browser’s developer tools, go to the Network tab and run a fix. You’ll see no uploads of your photos or filenames.
